About The Position
The Manufacturing Technology Leader at DuPont is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the Business Technology Implementation Plan (BTIP) for the Yerkes production lines. This role involves managing technology improvements related to Process Safety Management (PSM) and ensuring alignment with the site strategy and multi-generational technology plan. The leader will also focus on staffing, competency development, and succession planning for the Technical Implementation Specialists (TIS) team, while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive project execution and operational improvements.
