About the position

Temenos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Analytics Lead to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving data insights to support marketing growth goals, enhancing data visibility, and optimizing performance across the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate should have the ability to audit existing marketing analytics practices, generate meaningful insights, and build automated pipeline dashboards to empower marketing stakeholders. This role will report to the Vice President - Marketing Operations. The position is located in the United States, preferably on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing analytics frameworks, processes, and reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple marketing and sales systems.
  • Create and maintain marketing pipeline dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
  • Deliver insightful reports to stakeholders, translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Design and implement automated pipeline dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration across tools and systems.
  • Partner with marketing teams to provide insights that align with growth objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on shared metrics.
  • Train and support stakeholders in interpreting analytics and using dashboards effectively.
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce CRM, HubSpot Marketing Automation, Demandbase, Tableau, and similar platforms to analyze data and build reporting structures.
  • Manage a small team of analysts & contractors distributed globally.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in creating and automating dashboards, reporting, and providing actionable insights.
  • Expertise in data and analytics tools such as Salesforce CRM, HubSpot Marketing Automation, Tableau, Demandbase, and other analytics platforms. Exceptional MS Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, pipeline stages, and data modeling.
  • Ability to set up and automate data pipelines and dashboards from scratch.
  • Expertise in pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with global teams across Asia, Europe & US.
