About the position

The Marketing and Comm Specialist III (Marketing Manager) is responsible for managing marketing projects and initiatives for clients and partner units, providing market analysis support for UF Online. This role involves overseeing marketing strategies, managing team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service while conducting market analysis and reporting for undergraduate online programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Operational Services marketing projects and initiatives for clients and partner units.
  • Oversee marketing strategies and automations from ideation to implementation and measurement.
  • Manage specific members of the marketing team, assigning and monitoring tasks within the project management platform.
  • Respond to client inquiries and support client meetings, including preparing agendas and presentations.
  • Create, implement, and oversee communications programs that promote the organization and its products.
  • Oversee automated marketing programs, particularly email and Salesforce CRM campaigns.
  • Research best practices in e-communications to improve automated marketing efforts.
  • Prepare market analysis reports for academic units, determining viability and competitive landscape for new programs.
  • Effectively communicate with academic units to understand their needs and goals for market analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree and eight years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to four years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience managing employees and teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Adobe products.
  • Experience with client support and customer relations.
  • Experience with marketing higher education programs.
  • Experience creating/managing marketing or sales automation campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
