About the position

The Marketing and Communications Manager will play a crucial role in partnering with one of Hawaii's largest health insurance management companies. This position involves collaborating with the VP of Communications, Quality Management, and Senior VP of Marketing to optimize various marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and television platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist the VP of Communications and Senior VP of Marketing in developing marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Manage and oversee digital, social media, print, and TV marketing efforts.
• Ensure effective communication and branding across all channels.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in business marketing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing channels/tools.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, public-speaking, and presentation skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in publishing/design software (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Photoshop).
