Marketing and Sales Coordinator

About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and manage daily operations within our marketing and sales departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive mindset in executing marketing and sales strategies. You will work closely with department heads to ensure campaigns and client initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives to support business development goals
• Assist in the preparation and tracking of campaign schedules and performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and client goals
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records
• Support in the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
• Organize and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or coordination role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis is a plus
