The Marketing Campaign Management Specialist is responsible for managing multi-channel customer campaigns including coordination, execution and scenario planning email, direct mail, and mobile/SMS (when applicable) campaigns for all marketing programs. Responsibilities include critically important and timely customer segmentation, campaign test strategies, performance reporting and campaign outputs. In addition, this position is key to providing strategic support and insights on the development and evolution of highly relevant and dynamic customer engagement strategies, managing, and monitoring expenses, and supporting an environment of automation, integration, and continuous improvement in the campaign management space. This role is primarily focused in the Adobe Campaign platform, but experience and expertise in other platforms is welcome.
