About the position

The Marketing Campaign Specialist role at Cint is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing professional who excels in creating and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns. This position is pivotal in understanding customer needs and aligning them with the value Cint offers, ultimately driving leads, revenue, brand awareness, and customer growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and the ability to think like a business owner, developing winning strategies that lead to successful marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various countries, including Australia, Germany, and Texas. You will need to demonstrate initiative by identifying areas for improvement and taking action to enhance campaign effectiveness. Building strong relationships with co-workers is essential, as collaboration is key to creating impactful strategies and campaigns. You will also be expected to step up and assist with tasks outside your specialty, such as hosting webinars or organizing customer engagement activities. The Performance Marketing Team, led by Marc de Schweinitz, is dedicated to bringing in new customers and fostering growth among existing ones. The team engages in a variety of projects, from driving website traffic to creating captivating social media campaigns and organizing in-person events. This role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate occasional virtual meetings with global stakeholders, making it essential for candidates to be adaptable and open to collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on creating leads and increasing brand awareness in multiple countries.
  • Identify areas for improvement in marketing processes and take initiative to implement changes.
  • Develop strong relationships with co-workers to create effective strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist team members with tasks outside of your specialty, such as hosting webinars or organizing customer engagement activities.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations during meetings to enhance customer impact and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 1+ year of cross-channel marketing experience (email, social media, events, OOH, etc.)
  • College degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • Fluent English speaker and writer
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate occasional meetings with global stakeholders.
