The Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for the Production Management of M3P, a new CMS program for Medicare beneficiaries. Individuals on the Production Management Team are the primary liaison in seeing through each request from start to finish, creating and managing timelines, tasks, deadlines, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time using Workfront as the project management tool. The individual will serve as the program subject matter expert, required to understand the intricacies of the process flow and responsibilities of each cross-department team, providing consultation as necessary. The role involves coordinating with the appropriate cross-department teams and managing each step in the process to ensure quality assurance, such as Stakeholder Review. The individual will also provide support in Workfront system enhancements pertaining to M3P, such as intake design, training, and reporting. Collaboration with multiple working teams will be essential to identify process enhancements to support program and Marketing Customer Operations effectiveness and growth. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.
  • 3+ years of operational and communication experience.
  • 1+ years of Workfront experience.
  • Proven self-driven, highly organized multitasker able to manage many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
  • Show creativity in problem solving and exhibit intense curiosity to learn and grow.
  • Proven experience and ability to manage multiple projects and their details end-to-end to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Solid collaboration and relationship-building skills across a wide range of groups and functions.
  • Ability to prioritize key initiatives along with juggling stakeholder interests.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions and quality results.
  • Ability to effectively shift back and forth from a variety of projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
