About the position

The Marketing Communications Manager II role is designed to support the Commercial Power Generation markets within the Power Systems Business Unit. This position requires a strategic thinker with experience in marketing communications to develop and execute integrated marketing plans, support key stakeholders, and work cross-functionally and regionally. The role involves creating marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, managing budgets, and leading campaign reporting and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Create the marketing strategy and objectives for the market segment(s) in line with business objectives.
  • Identify and lead the execution of key tactics tied to the marketing communications objectives at a global scale.
  • Manage the budget allocated to the tactical plan and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Lead reporting and metrics associated with the integrated marketing plan and report back to the markets on all campaign activity.
  • Act as a brand champion and custodian for the market segment(s), developing and driving key messaging.
  • Serve as the marketing communication lead for value package introductions within the market.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications and leading teams.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
