The position involves assisting in the execution of a wide variety of marketing projects from development through completion while maintaining accurate project records for all work. The execution of these projects may include developing timelines and budgets, researching product and industry data, providing direction to editorial and/or design, coordinating project management and production of marketing materials, and interfacing with various departments to ensure project completion. The role also requires assisting the manager in preparing reports that analyze program results and providing input during meetings and brainstorming sessions.
