The specialist will gain insights into how the business operates at all levels and across various operating units, while also building expertise in IT, Information Security, and Marketing & Communications. The responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, and email, while ensuring a consistent brand voice and image. The specialist will contribute to IT project strategy and create content that aligns with customer needs, crafting narratives that are accessible to all levels of expertise. Additionally, the role involves building content for employee engagement activities, partnering with HR to maintain consistent branding for recruiting initiatives, and managing the company's website and social media presence. The Marketing Communications Specialist will embrace a test-and-learn mindset, contributing to brainstorming sessions and developing new ideas to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts.
