About the position

Kelly Services is seeking a part-time Marketing Creator Intern to join our client's Professional Marketing team in Dallas. This role is designed for individuals who are not only comfortable behind the camera but also possess a strong presence in front of it. The intern will be responsible for creating engaging and entertaining content both in-office and at various Dermatologist Practices across the United States. The position emphasizes the entire content creation process, from ideation to videography and editing, with a particular focus on both short-form and long-form videos. The intern will play a crucial role in driving the content strategy for 2024 and 2025, ensuring that the brand's messaging resonates across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. In this dynamic role, the intern will collaborate closely with the marketing team to establish clear goals and messaging, while also creating a streamlined pool of content that aligns with industry trends and best practices. The intern will be expected to support the generation of influencer content for dermatologists, write engaging and SEO-optimized scripts for videos, and assist in the scheduling and publishing of content across various platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, video, and edit short-form and long-form brand videos.
• Develop ideas for constant content delivery on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram for 2024 and 2025.
• Demonstrate strong podcasting skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to establish goals, messaging, and create a streamlined pool of content.
• Follow industry trends and execute best practices in brand content.
• Work with the Content Specialist to schedule and publish content across various platforms while optimizing posting schedules for maximum reach and engagement.
• Support dermatologist influencer content generation and editing.
• Write engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized videos that align with the brand's content strategy and target audience.
• Support HCP social and influencer programs.

Requirements

• In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience in Capcut, TikTok, and other editing platforms.
• Cross-functional experience preferred, with a proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and remain detail-oriented.
• Eager to learn and able to rapidly adapt and execute plans in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive and proactive analytical/strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize data into key actions/strategies and manage through to key performance metrics.
• Ability and confidence to work effectively across a global matrix enterprise and influence without authority.
• Adaptability, resilience, and tenacity, with the ability to quickly pivot.
• Proficient in English and MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to travel more than 40% of the time.
