About the position

The CRM B2B Platform Manager at Sunny Sky Products is responsible for leading and managing the Salesforce-based CRM system. This strategic role focuses on developing and executing the B2B CRM strategy, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales through effective communication and automation. The position collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes, while also overseeing email marketing and Product Information Management (PIM) software management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy for the B2B platform to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Build and manage custom audience segments for targeted communication.
  • Set-up, optimize, and manage communication automation processes across Salesforce CRM, email marketing, and website tracking.
  • Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns and landing pages to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to enhance lead generation and conversions by channel.
  • Provide insights and data-driven strategies to support sales performance and customer retention.
  • Manage the Marketing side of the Product Information Management (PIM) software to ensure accurate product information.
  • Assist in aligning CRM efforts with B2B and D2C eCommerce strategies for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to create synergies between the CRM platform and eCommerce operations.
  • Provide regular reporting on CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, communication automation, and lead management.
  • Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices, including email design, compliance, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) software and its integration with CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and creating email templates using graphics and personalization.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
