The Crystal Farms marketing team is implementing a digital asset management system (DAM) to organize and store marketing materials. These materials include product images, recipe photography, brand and lifestyle videos, brand logos, and more. Presently, these assets are stored in a variety of places - SharePoint, company servers, external hard drives, and more. Consolidating the storage location of these assets will allow Crystal Farms and its partners to find and deploy these assets quickly and efficiently. The Digital Asset Management Intern will assist the team with integration of a new DAM tool. The internship will run from June - mid-August working 20-30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

  • Shape digital asset storage organization approach, from folders to metadata, for use in new cloud storage solution
  • Stand-up different content portals/landing pages for different internal and external user groups
  • Execute digital asset storage organization, placing files in correct folders and applying appropriate metadata tags
  • Identify ongoing best practices, norms, and taxonomies for Crystal Farms on-going use of Digital Asset Management system
  • Organize and execute metadata tags to assets
  • Assist with other marketing and business management tasks as needed, including budget management, business performance reporting, social media management, and more.

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior or recent graduate
  • Business major, with preference for marketing-related degrees
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based storage tools (Box, Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Reside in Twin Cities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and execute a work-plan, with weekly check-ins with associate director and brand manager
