Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
• Leverage B2B marketing experience to develop tailored outreach strategies, including cold email campaigns.
• Utilize data analytics to segment and target audiences effectively, ensuring personalized marketing messages.
• Manage and optimize lead tracking and reporting within Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts.
• Work closely with sales and creative teams to create aligned and cohesive campaigns.
• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Develop engaging and persuasive copy for paid ads, email outreach, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in exhibit marketing or B2B marketing is strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with CRM integrations.
• Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging marketing messages.
