About the position

The Marketing Manager for B2B SaaS at ZOLL is responsible for bridging strategy and execution in marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will utilize both traditional and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer interactions and drive upselling opportunities, while also mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across the customer journey.
  • Identify and engage prospects to nurture marketing qualified leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Create engaging brand-aligned copy and manage the design of marketing campaign elements.
  • Support the management of ZOLL Data Systems as a digital marketing hub, focusing on SEO/SEM and digital optimization.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, striving to optimize results.
  • Assist with the management and execution of the annual user conference.
  • Assign tasks and communicate objectives to the production team and stakeholders.
  • Track marketing requests and deadlines to ensure deliverables are on track and meet quality standards.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to align creative vision with tactical execution.
  • Manage creative and digital partners, including designers and copywriters.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members, providing coaching and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with an emphasis in digital marketing.
  • Experience in a Software, IT, SaaS, or Cloud Computing environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience in the Healthcare, Fire, or EMS industry preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaign development and management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong promotional copywriting and editing skills.
  • Solid understanding of marketing project management solutions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a desire for continuous learning.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at building collaborative relationships across various levels.
