About the position

The Marketing Manager, Brand Extensions at New Balance is responsible for leading the marketing efforts for Accessories and Licensing programs. This role focuses on aligning partners, product, and merchandising teams on go-to-market strategies and creative development, ensuring a brand-first mentality. The position is based at New Balance headquarters in Brighton, MA, and involves driving a global go-to-market framework that integrates into the Global DTC experience while reflecting the brand's commitment to craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a global go-to-market framework for Brand Extensions in Accessories & Licensed products.
  • Lead Go-To-Market planning and act as a conduit between Marketing, Product & Merchandising teams.
  • Manage the deployment and creative management of Global Brand Guidelines across product development and marketing activations.
  • Act as the marketing liaison between licensed partners and New Balance cross-functional teams.
  • Guide licensed partners to ensure strategy and products adhere to Brand Guidelines.
  • Partner with Sports Marketing & Entertainment Marketing teams to develop seasonal seeding programs with ambassadors.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Significant knowledge of the global Sport landscape
  • Knowledge and interest in sneakers, fashion, and music
  • Experience in product launch and marketing plan execution
  • Ability to navigate a global organization with strong communication skills
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills
