The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across two key areas: Client Growth & Demand Generation and Partner Marketing. This individual will oversee the development of targeted campaigns, messaging, and strategies to drive business growth through new client acquisition and existing client engagement while also managing and enhancing relationships with strategic partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels in both B2C demand generation and partner-driven marketing efforts. This role will also require the mentorship and leadership of members of the marketing team, including career development, training, and collaborating with senior team leaders to effectively lead the team, complete projects on time and within scope, and resolve issues affecting the completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support execution of Department goals, including digital campaigns, content calendars, and general performance.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive demand, improve lead generation, and enhance customer retention.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals.
  • Optimize digital and content marketing strategies, including paid media, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns with partners to enhance mutual brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with partners to align marketing strategies, leverage joint value propositions, and maximize go-to-market opportunities.
  • Plan and execute partner-driven events, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by creating partner-related content and sales collateral.
  • Coordinate and execute successful partner launches, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and market positioning.
  • Set long-term and short-term team goals.
  • Help craft or support the creation of engaging content on a regular basis that is inspiring to internal clients and promotes action for external clients.
  • Generate ideas to increase client engagement.
  • Late-stage reviews as needed for accuracy, messaging, style, and brand.
  • Act as a Client of brand identity, messaging, marketing policies and procedures, and a steward for maintaining standards across the larger organization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing sub-teams or other internal departments to create meaningful content and optimize the user experience.
  • Ability to excel while working independently or as part of a collaborative, cross-departmental team, depending on the situation.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of B2C demand generation, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience working with partner marketing strategies and co-branded initiatives.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Displays proficient technology skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) preferred.
