About the position

The Marketing Manager, Social Media is responsible for driving sales through various social media channels by reaching potential customers. This role requires strategic thinking, a passion for social media, and excellent content creation skills, along with a proven track record in social media marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop brand strategies that align with the company's mission or statements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis ensuring brand consistency across all platforms by overseeing brand message and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across both new and existing products.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans including digital, social media or traditional marketing channels.
  • Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, product launching and promotional events.
  • Create and manage content strategies that engage target audiences and support brand goals.
  • Track and analyze the marketing campaigns and brand initiatives performance.
  • Keep alert with insights on marketing trends by using data to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks effectively under deadlines, time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing such as Instagram, YouTube, etc.
