Responsibilities

• Serve as the marketing and go-to-market partner for Kohler Local businesses and wellness businesses.
• Manage event strategy and execution for local events, prioritizing those in Shops at Woodlake and Woodlake Market.
• Own content plans for Kohler Local and Kohler Waters Spa locations, including website, email, and social media.
• Update content calendars to align with cultural touchpoints and business goals.
• Manage the advertising budget and paid media plan for assigned businesses, coordinating with creative teams.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external agency partners for quick-turn project needs.
• Report monthly on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth and digital engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hotel Management from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing with progressive career growth and exceptional performance.
• Strong motivation, positive demeanor, and team player mentality.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a dynamic environment under time pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
