Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field.
  • Ability to create and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with each brand’s objectives.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate marketing visions clearly to the team and external partners.
  • Proficient in analyzing trends and data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to build and manage brand identity and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment, where brands may pivot objectives based on business needs.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytical tools.
