About the position

Fresno Harley-Davidson is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing presence both in-store and online. This role is pivotal in creating engaging content across various social media platforms and managing dealership events while fostering community relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of social media dynamics, contributing to the dealership's mission of delivering exceptional experiences to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute dealership events on-site.
• Maintain community relationships with non-profits and city officials.
• Manage reputation by responding to reviews on Google, Facebook, etc.
• Stay updated on trends for maximizing views and followership on social media.
• Oversee and manage SEO/SEM, Facebook and Google advertising.
• Track and share Google Analytics with management.
• Collaborate with management to fulfill departmental needs.
• Create compelling creative assets for different social media platforms.
• Organize contests and manage email blasts and newsletters.
• Maintain annual budget in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Update website with promotions, events, and team members.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in the automotive or lifestyle industry.
• Genuine passion for social media and events with a proven ability to grow audiences.
• Strong team player with a positive work ethic and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and experience in optimizing content for maximum impact.
• Knowledge of social media software platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design and image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Exceptional organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
