About the position

The Marketing Manager at PartsBadger LLC is a strategic role focused on driving B2B revenue generation campaigns through data-driven insights and creative problem-solving. The position requires a strong understanding of the customer journey and the ability to analyze marketing data to guide activities and achieve goals. The Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing team, manage campaigns, and collaborate with sales to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance metrics, using analytics tools to measure defined KPIs for all channels.
  • Design, conduct, and effectively analyze robust tests, including A/B and SEO.
  • Develop and create engaging content for various marketing channels, including emails, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Create and update branding and other marketing tools for the company, including a Sales Enablement Toolbox.
  • Develop and maintain the customer value story via surveys and other exploratory tactics.
  • Monitor and guide outside marketing vendors.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to maintain alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Document and maintain processes, project information, and SOPs for the department.
  • Manage all members of the Marketing team, including the Lead Generation team.
  • Establish expectations and set goals for employees based on project benchmarks.
  • Evaluate performance based on job descriptions and complete one-on-ones with employees.
  • Monitor department KPIs, including the budget, for performance and optimization.
  • Communicate analyses effectively and determine hiring needs in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Research and understand manufacturing market trends, advising the Executive Team as needed.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, including resource allocation and priority alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong data & analytical skills
  • Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other related DNS records
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate tests
  • Experience in ROI & other KPI tracking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong independent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Experience creating effective marketing materials
  • Experience with email campaigns
  • Strong digital skills (Email, MS Office, G-Suite, etc.)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience with large data set manipulation and analysis (Python, SQL, R Studio, etc.)
  • HTML/PHP/Web programming
