About the position

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to execute strategic marketing initiatives and drive brand engagement. The Marketing Manager will focus on campaign execution, content development, and lead generation, working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Sales Team to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Develop marketing content, including sales collateral, website content, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Manage customer case studies and testimonials to highlight success stories.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
  • Work with the Sales Team to ensure marketing materials support sales initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing tactics.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support sales-driven marketing initiatives.
