About the position

The Marketing Operations Senior Specialist at ICF plays a vital role in the Corporate Marketing group, focusing on developing and executing marketing email programs and optimizing marketing efforts. This hybrid position is based in Reston, VA, and involves managing the Marketo platform, ensuring data accuracy, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Marketo platform to support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.
• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns using Marketo and Knak, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, lead routing, and scoring strategies.
• Maintain and manage the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing operations processes, implementing best practices and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Provide training and support to marketing team members on the effective use of Marketo.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketo and marketing automation processes such as lead management and campaign management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working in a cross-functional organization supporting various business areas.
