Fibreworks Composites is seeking a Marketing Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mooresville, NC. The Marketing Recruitment Specialist will focus on utilizing marketing techniques to enhance our recruitment efforts. This includes creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and other platforms to showcase our company culture and values. The position is split evenly between marketing and recruitment processes, with responsibilities including identifying branding opportunities, planning budgets, implementing recruitment strategies, and tracking metrics to assess the effectiveness of our hiring campaigns. In the recruitment aspect, the specialist will manage job postings, conduct preliminary interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process by communicating with candidates and providing feedback. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Identify branding opportunities and improvements for recruitment marketing.
  • Plan a budget and strategy for Senior Management sign off.
  • Implement recruitment strategies and track metrics for updates.
  • Update social media campaigns and manage targeted advertising.
  • Connect with potential candidates and standardize online presence for consistency.
  • Manage recruitment vendor relationships and online reviews.
  • Communicate with ADP Workforce Now to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Create and post job opportunities on recruitment platforms.
  • Develop formal and engaging job descriptions.
  • Receive and review job applications and resumes.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to ensure they meet position standards.
  • Forward candidate information to the next stage of interviews with highlight summaries.
  • Collect and verify candidate information including background and reference checks.
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding the hiring process and gather feedback from them.
  • Track metrics on the success of hiring campaigns and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience as a recruiter or in related responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, best practices, and employment/labor laws.
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing ADP Workforce Now platform.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and people skills.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion required.
