About the position
LegalStream is seeking a Marketing Representative to support its growth in the Dallas/Fort Worth area by developing new business and maintaining relationships with personal injury law firms. This role involves marketing the company's medical care coordination services, coordinating product demonstrations, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative, and possess strong communication skills to effectively meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Effectively market LegalStream Medical Care Coordination services directly to new and existing personal injury law firms within and around the Dallas / Fort Worth, TX market
- Identify new medical providers to add to our growing network
- Coordinate product demos, and in-person meetings with potential customers and company leadership
- Maintain an organized prospect list
- Report progress, opportunities, and customer feedback directly to leadership
- Represent company at industry events and identify promotional opportunities
- Coordinate production and delivery of marketing materials and promotional products
Requirements
- 2 years of marketing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver's License
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Organized, persistent and results-oriented
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in legal and/or medical marketing
- Proficient in Spanish
- Experience with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree or higher
