About the position
At First Pacific, we're looking for a Marketing, Sales, and Leasing Professional to join our team in Santa Cruz! In this role, you'll be a primary contact for our residents and prospective tenants-leasing apartments, coordinating renewals, planning resident events, and maintaining strong resident relations. Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with the internet
- Strong demonstration and closing skills
- Attention to detail and a knack for marketing strategy
- Flexibility for Saturday hours during high-vacancy periods
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Yardi CRM Software
- Social media management expertise
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Background in copywriting and editing
