About the position

The Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in creating and managing content that highlights the value of wellness testing solutions. This position works closely with the marketing team and other departments to execute campaigns, develop messaging, and ensure consistent communication across channels. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for health and wellness and a data-driven approach to marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Gather data on competitor products, industry trends, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and organize data with the marketing team to refine product positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Help create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Align messaging across all marketing materials and partner platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and engagement.
  • Prepare and distribute content across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Develop and manage content such as landing pages, case studies, email campaigns, and infographics to showcase product benefits.
  • Review and update materials to maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with sales, laboratory, clinical, and customer support teams to ensure successful product updates and launches.
  • Share marketing plans, campaign insights, and performance updates with stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and report findings, leveraging data to improve future strategies.
  • Adjust strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to meet campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in product messaging and content development.
  • Strong proficiency in market research and data analysis with an understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, including email marketing and content management systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media management, CMS).
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
