About the position

The position involves enrollment marketing, client relationship management, and promoting student success initiatives at the College of the Mainland. The successful candidate will plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment and retention. This role requires creating visually compelling marketing materials and utilizing the college's CRM system to analyze performance data. The position also includes responsibilities for managing marketing collateral, content creation, event planning, and reporting on marketing campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment and retention.
  • Create visually compelling, engaging and effective marketing materials that resonate with prospective and current students.
  • Utilize the college's client relationship management (CRM) system to build campaigns, design lead generation funnels and analyze performance data.
  • Promote programs, services and institutional activities that support student success and enhance the student experience.
  • Support the creation, launch, management and overall success of various marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with managing the marketing team's ticket request system by coordinating and prioritizing marketing requests.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of various marketing collateral such as brochures, fliers, posters and digital assets.
  • Participate in marketing copywriting for print, digital, social and web.
  • Assist in planning and executing College events, ensuring effective promotion and community engagement.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the College's brand guidelines.
  • Assist with simple website requests/updates and manage digital monitors.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications or the Arts.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional, full-time employment in marketing, advertising, communications, promotions and/or a related field.
  • Knowledge of building marketing campaigns, marketing AP copywriting, experience with photography and videography and social media.
