Analyzing the performance of marketing strategies will be crucial, as the specialist will continuously seek opportunities for improvement and report relevant KPIs to the Marketing Director. The position also involves participation in print creation and analysis, working alongside sales to develop customized catalogs for customers. The Marketing Specialist will stay informed about marketing trends, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Leading company events is another key responsibility, which includes preparing vehicles for travel, representing the company at events, and coordinating with event holders to promote company brands. This role will also involve negotiating sponsorship costs and managing marketing collateral and promotional items. Social media coordination is a significant aspect of this position, where the specialist will find innovative ways to attract customers, design engaging content, and interact with the audience across relevant platforms.
