About The Position
The Material Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Material Services Department of the Meridian Library District. This role ensures excellent customer service, efficient staff scheduling, and alignment of materials and services with community needs and District policies. The supervisor directly manages library staff, participates in cataloging and processing library materials, and supports communication and project management within the department.
