About The Position

The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the design and management of HVAC and plumbing systems for building projects. This role requires collaboration with a team of engineers and direct interaction with clients to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to project management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer in a consulting or design/build environment.
• EIT or PE certification.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Experience with MEP design and building energy modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of hydronics and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with energy construction support and BMS controls.
• Understanding of building modeling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to HVAC and plumbing system design.
