About the position

At HemonX Media Buying Career, we are looking for qualified candidates to join our team as media buyers. This role is designed for individuals who are tired of traditional corporate structures and are seeking a creative and challenging environment. Our unique approach includes an 8-week training program at no cost to you, where you will be developed into a high-performance marketer. The training covers various aspects such as mindset, advanced consumer psychology, copywriting, premium media buying tactics, and conversion understanding. Upon completion, you will receive certification in M.A.A.D (Mindset Ads And Data) and have access to weekly coaching calls with top media buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and grow large scale Facebook Media Buys across multiple accounts, brands, and products.
  • Work with the Chief of Strategy & Senior Media Buyers to successfully build and scale traffic across 5+ brands.
  • Conduct audits of current brand’s accounts to identify optimization areas.
  • Assist with Google's ad platform.
  • Work within a budget for each account and effectively communicate needs to scale based on results.
  • Analyze media buys and associated metrics daily to ensure profitability.
  • Proactively optimize campaigns by adjusting advertisements and other levers to meet CPA goals.
  • Set up and monitor ads with proper naming conventions for clarity.
  • Create and optimize SOPs for the department as bandwidth and scale allows.

Requirements

  • Expertise in eCommerce or Business Development Lead Generation direct-response Facebook media buying with experience managing multiple ad accounts with $1,000+/daily ad spend.
  • 2+ years of experience in direct response marketing with a successful track record across 3+ industries.
  • Experience in crafting copy and communicating results through proper reporting.
  • 2+ years of Paid Facebook Ad Management experience with e-commerce/Lead Generation brands.
  • Experience in Google Ads, Adwords, Display, YouTube is a plus.
  • Knowledge in moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Depth of knowledge in campaign setup, segmentation, and structure.
  • Ability to contribute new strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent writing and creative content skills.
  • Creative experience is a plus, with the ability to make slight edits and modifications.
  • Understanding and utilization of Google Analytics.
