About the position

We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to support multiple physicians in our facility located in Menlo Park, CA. This role involves a mix of clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations in both front and back office settings. The Medical Assistant will fill in clinical gaps, assist with patient care, and manage inventory, all while providing essential support to the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple physicians in the office
• Fill in clinical gaps when nurses are unavailable
• Perform phlebotomy and take labs
• Manage a mix of front office and back office tasks
• Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and vaccines
• Assist with clinical administrative tasks, working with patients and doctors

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (National or CCMA)
• Experience in Primary Care, phlebotomy, and EKG
• Less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
