About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our growing Pulmonary practice in Clearwater, Florida. This full-time position requires a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new processes. While one year of experience is preferred, we are open to training the right new graduate. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical thinking skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and clinical thinking abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a Pulmonary practice.
• Experience with E-Clinical and Cerner systems.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
