About the position

Horizon Oxygen is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to deliver and install durable medical equipment (DME) for hospice care. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and co-workers.
• Deliver, pick-up, and set-up durable medical equipment (DME).
• Educate patients, family members, and nurses on the proper use of DME.
• Utilize company delivery software for operations.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and complete appropriate maintenance/safety records.
• Assume on-call responsibilities in accordance with company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 5 years of driving experience.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift and move medical equipment up to 60 lbs.
• Flexibility of schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Punctual and reliable.
