About the position

The Medical Lab Technologist/Medical Lab Technician (MLS/MLT) position in Microbiology is a full-time role on the 3rd shift at Aurora Medical Center West Allis. The job involves receiving specimens for laboratory analysis, performing limited testing, and entering results into the computer system. The working hours are from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with no holidays required and compensatory days off for holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Perform limited testing and result entry.
• Process specimens and perform computer data entry as needed.

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Lab Technologist or Medical Lab Technician.
• Experience in microbiology is preferred.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift hours.
