Medical Technologist PRN

About the position

As a Medical Technologist PRN with Medical City Denton, you will be part of an organization devoted to giving back to the community. You will perform and demonstrate proficiency in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory, ensuring the best experience for patients through a commitment to service, safety, and professionalism. This role involves performing various laboratory procedures, maintaining records, and assisting with training programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
• Maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control.
• Maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with laboratory training programs as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Certified Medical Lab, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Lab Scientist.
• MLS or MT certification is required.
