Regular duties include performing high complexity testing without direct supervision, processing incoming samples, conducting routine instrument maintenance, analyzing quality control materials, and accurately analyzing patient specimens within specified turnaround times. The role also requires recognizing critical test results, troubleshooting instrumentation issues, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment while fulfilling departmental continuing education requirements.
