About the position

Looking for a second shift 3-11 caregiver/med tech to work in a Personal Care Home. Starting salary is between $16 and $18 an hour. CMT (Certified Medication Tech) and/or QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) Medication Aides provide top-notch care to our residents, administer medications, and monitor any reactions to medications. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch care to residents and administer medications.
  • Monitor any reactions to medications and document vital signs.
  • Stay familiar with residents' medical records and medication administration records.
  • Prepare verbal and written reports related to medication administration.
  • Report any issues or problems that may arise to the direct supervisor.
  • Promote and exemplify the Priority Life Care mission and values at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid Certified Medication Technician certification or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification required.
  • Medication dispersement certification for the given state required.
  • 1+ years of experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries.

Nice-to-haves
