Melt/Pour Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Melt Pour Supervisor to oversee our melt pour operations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily melt pour operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of melt pour processes and related equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
