About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to manage heavy phone traffic.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to learn new tasks and technology quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Progress toward a high school diploma or college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent quality service to members and guests.
  • Monitor the Member Services Desk and ensure adherence to club policies and procedures.
  • Assist members with inquiries and provide accurate information about club operations.
  • Handle phone calls efficiently and maintain excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support various club areas as needed, including Caf, VillaSpa, Housekeeping, and Sports Facilities.
