About the position

The Outside Medical Sales Membership Consultant role focuses on engaging with the senior community to inform and encourage them to join medical centers that provide excellent care. This position involves both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) sales, requiring strong community engagement, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. The role is not just about sales; it aims to make a positive impact on seniors' lives by connecting them with quality medical care.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the senior community to promote medical center memberships.
• Conduct B2C and B2B sales activities.
• Utilize effective community engagement strategies to inform seniors about available medical care.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing sales processes.
• Solve problems and address concerns of potential members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales or community relations experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage is necessary.
• Familiarity with or experience in working with the senior community or medically underserved individuals is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
