About the position

The Brand Amp is seeking a Men's Lifestyle Digital/Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance the social media presence of multiple clients, particularly in the Health & Wellness and Food & Beverage sectors. This full-time, hybrid role involves managing client interactions, developing social media strategies, and collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing and digital marketing, with a focus on consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal/external team members.
• Develop and manage multiple clients' social media presence.
• Identify and interpret clients' business, brand, and social media goals.
• Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines, following different processes and procedures.
• Follow through on projects and drive them to completion with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Create innovative campaigns and strategies for multiple brands beyond singular social posts.
• Collaborate with the internal creative team to develop dynamic social content for various initiatives.
• Contribute to team brainstorms and assist in special projects and administrative assignments as needed.
• Monitor trends in social media technology, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing client direction, goals, and deadlines.
• Travel for company/client as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in social media marketing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of first-party organic and paid social platform features and functions, as well as Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience within the Health & Wellness or Food & Beverage industries.
• Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social and Julius.
