About the position

The Merchandising & Product Demonstration Specialist role involves engaging in merchandising, sales, and product demonstrations to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. The position requires building relationships with store management and working independently to create impactful retail experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and boost product brand awareness through effective merchandising and product demonstrations.
• Foster relationships with store management to ensure successful product placement and promotion.
• Work independently in various retail environments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in events that may require light cooking and sample distribution.
• Record work activities using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Availability to work weekends is necessary.
• Reliable vehicle for local travel within an assigned territory is required.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
