About The Position

The Microsoft D365 ERP (F&O) Functional Lead at PwC is a managerial role focused on helping clients transform their technology landscape using Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8 years of experience in a related role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance.
  • Experience conducting business analysis/requirement gathering workshops and process mapping sessions.
  • Ability to gather requirements and perform As-Is and To-Be process analysis.
  • Experience converting requirements to functional specs and functional design documents.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Finance, Project Accounting, Cost Accounting.
  • Experience producing Business Requirements Document/Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
  • Experience performing Gap-fit analysis and producing Gap-fit documents.
  • Experience conducting Joint application design workshops for acceptable solution design.
  • Experience preparing Business test cases and System test plans.
  • Experience configuring and setting up D365 F&O as per business process/requirement.
  • Experience conducting user training and different system test cycles.
  • Experience designing integration with 3rd party systems.
