Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and manage risk.
• Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking.
• Devise solutions to support clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.
• Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
• Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
• Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
• Implement, customize, and support clients' financial systems, including Project Operations functionality.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial operations and project profitability using D365 Finance and Project Operations.
• Collaborate with Independent Software Vendors to integrate third-party solutions with D365 Finance and Project Operations.
• Enhance system functionality and user experience tailored to client-specific needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field).
• 7+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional Certification such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, CPA or similar strongly preferred.

• Interest in contributing to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
• Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching.
