You will also be expected to lift materials weighing between 50-75 lbs occasionally and operate JIBB cranes for material movement. The role involves fitting and fabricating products using various hand and power tools, ensuring that all work meets the required specifications and quality standards. As a MIG Welder, you will work in a fully on-site environment located in Canton, Ohio. Our facility operates shifts across all hours, and the pay rate ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on your experience and the results of your weld test. Employees typically work around 50 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime, including double time on Sundays if 40 hours are completed during the week. The work environment is team-focused and supportive, under the guidance of an easy-going manager who values fun while expecting high performance.
