About The Position

Serco is seeking a Military Analyst to support a General Staff Functional Unit at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, focusing on Current Operations (CUOPS) activities. Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance.
• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience OR an Associates Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Military experience and/or experience with a military support organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the General Staff Functional Unit specializing in Current Operations activities.
• Analyze and coordinate operations functions using the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
• Review, prepare, develop, and modify reports and policies.
• Analyze procedures and workflow of the DAC staff and recommend improvements.
• Assist with access control, key control, and badging duties.
• Manage overall contract support operations involving multiple projects and personnel.
• Participate in operational planning and program development to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support the development and preparation of reports and briefings for leadership.
